Biography
Dr Ko Chung Sen is currently working as a cardiothoracic surgeon in KPJ Ipoh Specialist Hospital. He has also been the Member of Parliament for Kampar Constituency in Perak since 2013.

He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin in Ireland in 1992. After basic surgical training, he went through specialist training in cardiothoracic surgery in United Kingdom from 1996 to 2001. He returned to serve in Penang General Hospital for 3 years. He then commenced his present appointment as resident cardiothoracic surgeon in KPJ Ipoh in 2004.

Dr, Ko was involved in politics since 2009 and was elected Member of Parliament in 2013. He has spoken on topics concerning healthcare in both public and private sectors and think we can do better.
